This is the error message you might get after you installed SP1 on a MOSS server that has a language pack installed.
 
What you've forgot is installing de WSS Languagepack SP1.
 
For installing SP1 on a MOSS 2007 server with languagepack you need at least 4 files!
 
  1. WSS SP1
  2. MOSS SP1
  3. WSS Languagepack SP1 (for every languagepack you installed)
  4. MOSS Languagepack SP1 (for every languagepack you installed)
